SonicWall more proactive on internet threat prevention

31 Oct 2007 | | No Comment

SonicWALL has just launched a more proactive campaign against the rampant proliferation of malware due to PDF vulnerability. As announced on SonicWALL, the company has been able to deflect at least a million instances of malware during the past week. SonicWALL claims the credit of releasing a zero-day IPS signature against download of malware through PDF documents even before the patch for Adobe Acrobat Reader was released.
