Acrobat 9 PDF Portfolios Contest

17 Aug 2008 | | No Comment

AcrobatUsers.com is hosting a contest for the best PDF Portfolios, with prizes going to the first, second, and third place winners. To enter you need to create a visually interesting and/or media rich PDF Portfolio using Acrobat 9.

According to Lori DeFurio:

Entries will be judged based on use of Acrobat 9 features, originality & creativity, and overall polish & aesthetics. All entries will be displayed in the new PDF Portfolio Gallery on Acrobatusers.com (coming soon). First place will be a box of Acrobat 9 Pro Extended (Windows) or Acrobat 9 Pro (Mac); 2nd place is an iPod Nano; and 3rd place is a T-shirt.

The last date for entries to be submitted is the 7th of October, 2008. Don’t fret if you don’t know a copy of Acrobat 9, you can download a 30 day free trial from here.

If you aren’t sure how to create a PDF Portfolio I suggest checking out this tutorial, Building a PDF Portfolio, and this article, Review: Adobe Acrobat 9 sets foot in Web 2.0 with web-based live collaboration.

Good luck!
