Native PDF Readers for the BlackBerry

The iPhone might be the talk of the town at the moment, but the BlackBerry is still in a commanding position. The recent announcement of BeamReader, a native PDF reader for the BlackBerry, has got me wondering: what other native PDF readers are out there for the BlackBerry? Here’s the list:

BeamBerry — in beta, BeamReader will work on any BlackBerry with OS 4.2 or higher. To open PDF e-mail attachments, OS 4.5 or higher is required.
RepliGo Reader — in beta, RepliGo Reader is compatible with only the BlackBerry 8100 Series, BlackBerry 8300, BlackBerry 8700, and BlackBerry 8800 Series.

Short list huh? Yes, there isn’t a wealth of PDF viewers available for the BlackBerry at the moment, but I’d be very surprised if Adobe weren’t also developing a native PDF reader for the BlackBerry. Watch this space.
