From PDF to a FlipBook

27 Sep 2009 | | No Comment

Today E-Book Systems announced enhancements to their FlipCity PDF-to-FlipBook  web conversion service.  The major enhancement was the introduction of support for offline viewing of a converted FlipBook.

If you’re interested in taking a look at exactly what a FlipBook is, drop by the FlipCity site and check out the demo. It’s pretty impressive.

Having said this — you must seriously prepare yourself for the overuse of the word “flip”. I counted, FlipCity, FlipBook, Digital Flip, 3-D Page Flipping, FlipViewer, OpenFlip…. woah!
