The bi-annual IBM X-Force (R) 2009 Trend and Risk Report reveals that threats such as phishing and document format vulnerabilities are soaring, even though there has been improvements in the security setup. The report highlights that the vulnerability disclosures for document readers, specifically PDF document, and editors has continued to soar in 2009 with up to 50% higher as compared to 2008.
