Corel WordPerfect Office X5 provides unrivaled PDF support
Corel Corporation, a software company with leading creative and office-use software, announced Corel WordPerfect Office X5, a new version of its alternative to Microsoft Office. This version offers enhanced online collaboration tools, email integration and support for additional file formats including PDF.
The new version supports more than 60 file formats including unrivaled flexibility and support while working with PDFs. The new version allows users to create PDFs, open PDFs in WordPerfect and archiving PDFs with password protection. The software also integrates Nuance PaperPort SE 12 which allows users to organise, annotate and share PDFs.
The new release includes number of other features and capabilities such as integration with MS SharePoint, integration with Web services, includes Mozilla Thunderbird, supports latest MS Office XML formats and a new Reference Centre for assistance.
The Standard Edition of Corel WordPerfect Office X5 is available for USD 249.99 while the upgrade is offered at USD 159.99. The Professional Edition is available for USD 399.99 while the upgrade is offered at USD 259.99.
