Dickson Testing, a US based engineering firm for metal testing, is one of the growing number of engineering firms which are adopting Drumlin PDF security solutions for protecting their IPR. The main reasons behind the growing adoption are its key features: simplicity, quality, that it is free and the excellent support from Drumlin (also free).

Drumlin provides the free Drumlin PDF reader/publisher, including a free Digital Rights Management (DRM) service. The software from Drumlin enables secure and safe creation and distribution of PDF documents. The software provides the ‘Publisher’ facility which encrypts the PDFs before publishing and the ‘Authorisation’ facility allows only the authorised users to open and read the document. PDFs secured from Drumlin can later be placed on a web site, CD or emailed to users or customers with complete security.
