H&W Computer Systems, Inc., a software vendor, released its new JES2Web software to receive JES2 reports from Mainframe system in a PDF or Text format. The software also provides the capabilities to automatically e-mail the reports, manage and reuse the reports on a PC.

JES2Web is affordable software for small to medium-sized businesses to create PDF documents from JES2 reports and distribute them automatically or manually. The software provides a browser-based user interface for technical support staff or users to configure and manage the JES2 data, create custom reports, choose an output format and e-mail the reports to selected recipients. The recipients can print the reports to distributed printers, reuse the data on PC and save the reports locally for future reference.

JES2Web needs to be installed on a mainframe system and provides secure access to controlled JES2 data for any number of users via a standard web browser.
