16 Mar 2010 | Rowan Hanna | No Comment

Monkeybread Software, a Germany-based software company, announced Combine PDFs 5.0, an updated version of its PDF merge/split software. Combine PDFs is software for Mac OS X and it provides the capability to merge multiple PDF documents and images into a single PDF document and vice-versa… to split a single PDF document into multiple new PDF documents. Combine PDFs also provides 40-bit and 128-bit encryption capabilities.

The new version includes support for Quartz filters which allows users to add effects to the content while writing PDF documents. It also provides a preview panel to show you this for the selected filter. The existing drag & drop functionality has been improved.

Combine PDFs 5.0 runs on Mac OS X 10.4 or higher and for Snow Leopard, it works on Mac OS X 10.6. The single license is priced at USD 30, a family license for up to 5 users is priced at USD 70 and company license for up to 20 users is priced at USD 200.
