Wondershare Software acquires AnyBizSoft Studio

PDF News, PDF Articles, PDF Tips and PDF Rants on … PDF!

Wondershare Software Co., Ltd., a China-based software developer, announced its acquisition of AnyBizSoft Studio, a provider of PDF solutions. This acquisition would boost Wondershare’s existing PDF product line with AnyBizSoft’s strong presence in PDF market.

As part of this acquisition, Wondershare would continue with AnyBizSoft’s products under its original brand name while Wondershare will have rights to all its products. AnyBizSoft’s PDF product line includes PDF editor, PDF creator, PDF tools for Mac OS, PDF to EPUB converter, PDF to Word converter and PDF to Excel converter. Wondershare’s PDF product line includes PDF Converter which provides capabilities to convert PDFs to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML and Text.
