Foxit Corporation, a provider of electronic document solutions, announced the release of Foxit Reader 4.0, its new upgraded version of feature-rich PDF reader for Microsoft Windows. Foxit Reader 4.0 is a free alternative to other commercial applications on Windows platform.
Foxit Reader 4.0 enables users to populate, submit and save PDF forms, and annonate PDF files.
