SWING Software, a developer of collaborative document management solutions, announced the release of SWING PDF Converter 2.0, a software for exporting content from Lotus Notes for archiving, sharing and printing.
The key features of SWING PDF Converter 2.0 includes:
- Export Lotus emails, documents and attachments to PDF
- Generate compact and searchable email archives in a single PDF file
- Generate print-quality documents from Domino web applications
- Create PDFs using existing forms or custom forms
SWING PDF Converter 2.0 can be centrally installed and managed by System administrator, and PDF toolbar icons can be distributed to user desktops. The software neither requires any client-side installation of print drivers nor any .dll files.
The new version of software also has speed improvements, new attachment handling and enables number of specific functions to Lotus Notes such as ”fit-to-page” function that automatically adjusts the size of images and tables.
The software also provides LotusScript API which can be used by Developers to build the document conversion capabilities in any Lotus Notes or Domino application.
