Foxit Corporation, a leading provider of PDF solutions, announced the release of newest version of Foxit Phantom PDF Suite 2.1, its PDF software for viewing, editing, creating, designing, organising and securing PDF documents. The new version now includes OCR text recognition, enhanced to PDF standard 1.7 specifications and few other features to meet growing business needs.
The new features or capabilities included in Foxit Phantom PDF Suite 2.1 are:
- OCR Text Recognition
- PDF Creation specification from PDF standard 1.3 to PDF standard 1.7
- Create and manage digital signature fields
- Add headers, footers and watermarks
- Search for words in comments and bookmarks
- Improved stamp tool
