Foxit Corporation in partnership with Fictionwise LLC, a Barnes & Noble Company, launches its new eBookStore for all eSlick users.

The company said Foxit taps into the growing demand for eBooks by partnering with Fictionwise, enabling eSlick users to read eBooks in the eReader format. The eReader format is supported by eSlick’s version 2.0 firmware.

Foxit Software and Ritescript partnered to launch PDF PenSuite Pro. PDF PenSuite Pro is bundled all-in-one PDF solution which includes Foxit Phantom and Ritescript ritePen handwriting recognition, desktop control and annotation software. It is priced at $149 and can be bought online at the product website, www.pdfpensuite.com

Foxit Corporation, a provider of e-document technology for mobile, desktop and on demand platforms, announced the release of Firmware 2.0 for its eReader device, eSlick. eSlick customers will now have the ability to view documents in ePub and eReader (PDB) in addition to earlier supported PDF and Text formats. By the end of November, all eSlick devices will come with the Firmware 2.0 pre-installed.

Foxit Software, the makers of the popular PDF reader, Foxit Reader, and the e-book reading device, Foxit eSlick, have launched a new product taht has Adobe Acrobat firmly in its sights.

Foxit Software, famous for their Adobe Reader alternative Foxit Reader, has entered the eBook Reader race with the release of Foxit eSlick. A competively priced (US$229.99 direct, US$259.99 rrp) alternative to the Kindle and Sony Reader, eSlick uses Foxit’s PDF viewer technology to let users read PDFs on the electronic reading device.

DynamicPDF and Foxit Software have announced a partnership that will see DynamicPDF make use of Foxit Reader in their line of development products.
